I’ve been seeing Richard for various back/neck/hip issues for the past year. I was once told that I have the back of an 80-year-old granny and despite this, he’s been incredibly helpful in alleviating symptoms as well as addressing the route cause of the problems. On top of that, he is very personable. I would absolutely recommend him!

As a note, you want to go down the stairs/ramp and around the side of the church to the right to find the door.

First saw Richard 2 years ago. Had a massive problems with my neck, which was giving me constant migranes... life is so much better now, as after every session I feel such a relief at my neck and no pain anymore. He is the magician when it comes to chiropractic

I’ve been seeing Rich for a couple of years now with various back, neck and knee issues. Rich manages to translate my description of the issues into appropriate treatment, which usually does the trick in one or two sessions. Totally recommend Rich, he’s a great guy.

First saw Richard 4 years ago with my daughter who had the day before dislocated her knee. She went in on crutches and walked out after one session! Since then I have personally seen Richard for various joint/muscle ailments which he has corrected and switched the lights back on. I can’t recommend Richard enough.

Amazing results after just 4 sessions with Richard Spice.
Arriving in agony from a chronic debilitating trapezius pain, caused by years of neglect and stress after a teenage back trauma, I was not prepared for such an incredible turnaround. Richard was extremely understanding, patient, knowledgeable and reassuring, and applied a great variety of treatment techniques, all very controlled – which clearly did the trick.
Would absolutely recommend, in fact, insist anyone with movement issues see him. I am incredibly grateful.

I been in a massive pain for months, at the point of doing different type of test with my GP in the hospital and not finding what was happening.
My amazing husband booked me an appointment with Richard Spice without telling me as I really wanted to go to a Chiro, but at the same time I was super scared of going.
Starting sessions with Richard was the best decision ever.
Since the very beginning I've told Richard that I was scared. He was super empathetic and understood me in every point of my concerns. Not only that he is super gentle in every session.
And the best thing is that IT DOESN'T HURT AT ALL. In fact since I'm going, I'm not in pain anymore, and this was only in 4 sessions!!!
He is super professional, he knows exactly everything that you are going through and goes straight to the point.
It's not only me, my husband started sessions with him too. We couldn't be more happy.
For now on Richard will definitely will be our chiro forever.
