I started at Athlete Pro because of a two-year old knee injury that never fully healed, despite having tried other therapies. Taylor said I would see significant improvement in three weeks. I thought he was crazy. I was wrong. My knee is healed, but I've stayed with Athlete Pro for strength training. The quality of the training is fabulous. I highly recommend Athlete Pro, especially for athletes with injuries that no one else seems to know what to do with.

I’m so happy that I met Gabby at Athlete Pro. At 7 months post T11 T12 spinal surgery I was experiencing significant weakness, balance issues, and numbness in my legs and feet. I couldn’t walk well and I had no hope of running. Gabby did a thorough evaluation, explained in layman’s terms what was going on, and developed a comprehensive plan of muscle strengthening and reeducation. As an athlete herself, I know that Gabby understands what I’m going through and is my best hope of getting back to competitive tennis.

Spending one hour per week with Frank has allowed me to not only maintain a vigorous work schedule, but to also have enough physical ability to rough house with my two young children in the evenings and all weekend long.
