I was in a car accident in November of 2012. I was given pain medications by the hospital and my primary doctor and nothing helped. I was then sent to physical therapy, and though that helped for a hour or two after treatment, nothing compares to my experience at Dr. Zilahy's office. Not even a week of treatment and I'm feeling so much better since my accident. I'm finally able to perform my best at work because I'm not constantly in pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Zilahy. He is an excellent chiropractor. I am very grateful to have found such an amazing chiropractor just by searching "chiropractors near Waterbury, Ct" on Google.

Dr. Zilahy's chiropractic and wellness practice is an excellent place to have every aspect of your body adjusted, examined, and rectified. I have been going there for a couple years now for chiropractic adjustments and have always been amazed at the amount of knowledge he possesses about human anatomy. I am an active soccer player (I'm 37 and play in the SASL) and from time to time I have had injuries that Dr. Zilahy has helped to alleviate, pain wise, with varying techniques. Recently, I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus and patella tendonitis. On a pain scale, it was around 8 or 9. Dr. Zilahy offered cold laser therapy along with a supplement to help alleviate the pain. Within a few treatments, the pain went from 9 to 3. It has been amazing. I am recommending Dr. Zilahy's practice for anyone looking for an alternative to the norm when it comes to taking care of oneself from the inside and out.

I am 59 yrs old & acquired a knee injury about 5 yrs ago (torn meniscus & ligament). The orthopedic Md did not recommend surgery because I also have arthritis in the knee. I've been living with pain, swelling & a gradual decrease of my normal physical activities since. In the past 6 months the pain & swelling to my knee has increased & my mobility compromised @ times. I needed to have something done asap. I have a new health insurance & local ortho Mds do not participate. My daughter had recommended Dr. Zilahy to me & I was a bit skeptical but made the decision to seek him out for treatment out of desperation & as a last recourse. I started my treatments with Dr.Zilahy about 3 wks ago (2x/wk for manipulation of my knee & acupuncture) & physically I am feeling 90% better than before. My knee rarely swells up, no limping with ambulation, discomfort is minimal, & range of motion without pain has improved dramatically. I am able to do things that I have not done since my injury (like dancing with my grandchildren & going up&down the stairs without pain). I don't know if this is going to persist but for now I am so grateful for getting back some normalcy in my life, not to mention, my disposition & mood is 100% better. Thank you Dr. Zilahy & keep up the great work!

Dr. Zilahy is a very smart and caring person. He truly is passionate about making people feel physically and mentally better. I cannot believe how well I feel in such a short period of being treated by him. I highly recommend Dr. Zilahy. Listen to what he says and follow his directions... you won't be disappointed.
