Dr. Alli is truly amazing! At 34 weeks pregnant I found out that my baby was transverse. I immediately scheduled a visit with Dr. Alli knowing that she specializes in the Webster technique, where the main focus is to relax the muscles of the pelvis and uterus to ensure optimal alignment for birth. After just two adjustments and following the spinning babies exercises she recommended, my baby was head down by 36 weeks! I cannot thank Dr. Alli enough! I only wish I started seeing her sooner during this pregnancy.

I started seeing Dr. Alli after getting into a fender bender and getting whip lash. I felt absolutely better! I decided to continue my care and I am thankful I did since I found out I was pregnant about a year later. I truly believe having adjustments before getting pregnant really made my pregnancy smoother. I didn't have any back pain and discomforts and baby was head down early on. I highly suggest getting care by Dr. Alli especially before getting pregnant and during and after!

I began seeing Dr. Alli just over halfway through my pregnancy when I moved to the area. I was experiencing some lower back/sacrum/tailbone discomfort that was becoming sharp - prenatal massage and acupuncture was not addressing the issue. But I had never been to a chiropractor before and was nervous that it might be too intense or harsh on my body. My midwives recommended Dr. Alli and I finally got desperate enough to try - and I am SO grateful I did!!! The day after my first session I was a bit sore but there was significantly less sensation, and the following day I was out walking my doggo and it suddenly dawned on me that there wasn’t any sharpness or discomfort at all!! Needless to say I have been seeing Dr. Alli on a weekly basis since then and have just started twice weekly sessions given that I am 37 weeks pregnant and the relaxant hormone is abundant in my body and moving things around. I signed up for her prenatal chiropractic package which saved me some money as well. Dr. Alli is a skilled professional, knowledgeable, passionate about the work that she does, and kind. I highly recommend her practice, especially to any pregnant mamas experiencing discomfort.

Dr. Alli is great with my 6 month old! She is so gentle and intuitive. Our visits have helped him with tummy issues and overall alignment. Personality-wise, she is great too! I think a large part of my little one not crying in the car anymore has been thanks to associating it with getting to see her!

Since we started working with Dr. Alli my 8 year old is more relaxed and one nervous habit has stopped completely. I can sometimes get lower back pain from yoga or pilates but after an apt with Dr. Alli I'm ready to go again. We always look forward to seeing her. She's a great resource and support for mothers.

She helped me get through the last trimester with ease, and all you mamas know how tough those last few weeks can be! After having my baby, my body was all out of wack, with so many different aches and pains - a few sessions here and I noticed a significant change! My newborn baby also sees Dr. Alli and it’s been nothing short of amazing. We’ve struggled with constipation issues and this has helped a lot. Highly recommend!!
